On 07/06/2023 at 10:30 PM the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Terri A. Healy (age 44) of Seneca Falls. While investigating another matter on on Center Street in Seneca Falls, Police observed Healy to be operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol. Healy was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated-with a child in the vehicle, and Driving while intoxicated. Healy was secured at the Seneca County Correctional Facility in order to await arraignment in the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
