A 20-year-old woman was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department following the investigation into an incident at Walmart.
Samantha Briggs, of Seneca Falls, is accused of collecting a multitude of items from the store and passing all points of sale without rendering payment. Briggs is also accused of taking clearance tags off of items and replacing them on other items to avoid paying full price and defrauding Walmart.
Briggs was charged with petit larceny and falsifying business records before being released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
