A Seneca Falls woman was arrested Wednesday for a theft that occurred at a local business last week.
57-year-old Laurie Carpenter is accused of concealing merchandise and exiting a Seneca Falls store last Saturday without attempting to pay for it.
Carpenter was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
