Seneca Falls Teen Arrested on Felony Criminal Mischief Charge

An 18-year-old from Seneca Falls was arrested by Geneva Police on charges of trespass and felony criminal mischief.

It is alleged that Sierra Gavidia returned to a property on John Street in Geneva after previously being advised to stay away. After being arrested, processed, and released on an appearance ticket, Gavidia allegedly returned to the John Street address and damaged property valued at more than $250 belonging to another person.

Police arrested Gavidia on a felony charge of criminal mischief.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
