A Seneca Falls man was arrested Tuesday on two felonies.
62-year-old Joseph Badamy, Senior, is a Level Three sex offender. He is accused of failing to comply with mandated New York State Sex Offender Registry requirements that include requiring him to register his address every 90 days and a photograph be taken every year.
Badamy was charged with failure to register an address and update his photo. He was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
