Seneca Falls Police report the arrest of a 51-year-old man on a felony for allegedly violating a stay away order of protection.
It was reported that Brian Ryan had allegedly been repeatedly calling and texting the victim. He also allegedly made threats to the victim on phone calls.
Ryan was charged with felony criminal contempt and misdemeanor aggravated harassment.
Ryan was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
