An investigation into the complaint of a disorderly man resulted in an arrest by the Seneca Falls Police Department.
During their investigation, officers determined Jeffrey Stone was driving a car while under the influence. Stone was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more BAC.
Stone was released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
