A Seneca Falls man was arrested on a trespass charge by Seneca Falls Police.
The arrest of 54-year-old Michael Hilbert stems from allegations that he attempted to make entry into a home that he did not own or reside at. An Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
Hilbert was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await CAP arraignment.
