A Seneca Falls man faces charges in Yates County stemming from a traffic stop on December 1st.
31-year-old Michael Popp is accused of driving a car while under the influence of drugs. Popp was charged with driving while ability impaired and unsafe lane change.
Popp will appear in Potter Town Court at a later date.
