The investigation into a domestic incident that happened at a residence in the town of Seneca Falls led to the arrest of a 51-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Robert Nageldinger is accused of subjecting the victim to unwanted physical contact by slapping her in the face. Nagelinder was charged with harassment and brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
