The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 36-year-old John Battaglia of Seneca Falls for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation.
Battaglia was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Authorities did not release additional details about the investigation at this time.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
