The investigation into a vehicle alarm by Seneca Falls Police arrested a 26-year-old Seneca Falls man.
During the investigation of the alarm going off, it was determined that Aidan Franco had been driving the vehicle in question while allegedly intoxicated. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or more.
Franco was released with an appearance ticket and traffic tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
