The Seneca Falls Police Department has arrested a 55-year-old local man following a complaint late Friday night.
Officers say James Savarese was taken into custody on a charge of criminal mischief.
Savarese was later released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
