A Seneca Falls man was arrested on Tuesday following a domestic incident.
The investigation determined that during the domestic incident, 83-year-old Arnaldo Palladini caused property damage. Palladini was charged with criminal mischief.
Palladini was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
