A Seneca Falls man faces a number of charges following the investigation into a domestic dispute.
Police say Kynoi Smith allegedly punched and restrained a woman in the presence of her children. The 24-year-old is also accused of damaging a door at the woman’s residence. Smith was charged with harassment, assault, criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment, and endangering the welfare of a child.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
Smith was awaiting arraignment in Seneca County CAP Court.
