The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of 40-year-old Adam Livingston following a dispute on Sunday.
Police say the altercation turned physical and left the victim with minor injuries. Livingston was charged with third-degree assault, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
