The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of 47-year-old Robert Nageldinger of Seneca Falls on Thursday for two outstanding bench warrants.
The warrants stem from failures to appear in court.
Nageldinger was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center for arraignment at CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
