The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 29-year-old town resident on an outstanding warrant.
On Wednesday, officers took Jacob Hubbs of Seneca Falls into custody on a warrant issued by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Following his arrest, Hubbs was transferred to the Sheriff’s Office and placed into their custody.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
