Two complaints from the Walmart Supercenter in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 55-year-old Seneca Falls man on Saturday.

It was reported that Nicholas Carter had previously been trespassed from the business and had re-entered two separate times, stealing merchandise on the second occasion.

Carter was charged with two counts of criminal trespass, petit larceny, all misdemeanors, along with a felony charge of burglary.

Carter was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
