A Seneca Falls man is facing charges following his arrest by town police on Friday.

According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, 24-year-old David Bentley was taken into custody on Friday and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.

Bentley was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held pending arraignment.

No additional details about the incident were released.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
