The report of suspicious activity at a residence in Seneca Falls early Tuesday morning resulted in the arrest of a 37-year-old Seneca Falls man.
During the investigation, Joshua Dyson was allegedly found inside a home that violated a stay-away order of protection from a victim who resided inside the home.
Dyson was charged with criminal contempt and was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
