A Seneca Falls man was arrested Friday on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
Seneca Falls Police report that Charles McCoy was previously charged with harassment and failed to appear in court, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.
McCoy was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
