The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Seneca Falls man on a bench warrant.

The arrest of Timothy Tandle stems from a complaint called in by a third party that the 42-year-old was at a residence in Seneca Falls. Tandle, having three active warrants through Seneca Falls Police, was taken into custody.

Tandle was then taken to the Seneca County Jail where deputies executed a search warrant for animal cruelty.

Tandle was held at the Seneca County Jail for arraignment.
