On August 8th, 2023, at 4:05 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Benyamina F. Fox of Seneca Falls following a harassment complaint. The
investigation determined that Fox subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact by striking him. Fox was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree
and Disorderly Conduct, both violations. Fox was released on an appearance ticket and is due to the Seneca Falls Town Court on a later date to answer to
the charge.
