Seneca Falls Man Arrested For Criminal Trespass

Police Blotter

On Saturday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David Snyder, 47, of Seneca Falls, following a domestic incident report.

At approximately 5:57 P.M., police determined that Snyder allegedly entered a victim’s residence without permission while the occupant was away from the home. He was charged with one count of Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Snyder was processed and transported to the Seneca County Jail to await centralized arraignment. Authorities confirmed that an order of protection was requested on the victim’s behalf.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
