On Sunday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Derrick Head, 36, of Seneca Falls, following a domestic dispute.
Head is accused of physically harassing another person while in the presence of a child. Following the investigation, he was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, and Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation.
Head was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await centralized arraignment. Authorities confirmed that an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims involved.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
