The investigation into a domestic violence incident in Seneca Falls has resulted in the arrest of a 33-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Following a verbal dispute with his girlfriend, Kevin Erb struck the victim’s car causing damage. Police say at the time of the alleged incident, there was an active order of protection in place.
Erb was charged with felony aggravated family offense, as well as misdemeanor charges of criminal contempt and criminal mischief.
Erb was sent to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment following his arrest.
