Seneca Falls Man Arrested After Domestic Incident

On Sunday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David Maury, age 58, of Seneca Falls, following a reported domestic incident.

According to police, Maury allegedly threatened a victim while in the presence of children. As a result of the investigation, Maury was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor; Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor; and Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation.

Maury was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment.
