The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 21-year-old Seneca Falls man.
The arrest of Isaiah Hughley-Esland stems from his alleged violation of an Order of Protection that was issued from a domestic incident. Hughley-Esland allegedly violated the Order by not turning in his firearm by a set date. Hughley-Esland was charged with criminal contempt.
Following his arrest, Hughley-Esland was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment. An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
