Seneca Falls Man Accused of Violating Order of Protection

A Seneca Falls resident has been arrested for allegedly violating a court-ordered order of protection.

At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Seneca Falls Police responded to a report from a local business regarding an individual who was unlawfully present on the premises. An investigation determined Bryndyn Neel had entered and remained at the workplace of a person who is protected under the order, despite being told to leave.

Neel was charged with criminal contempt and taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment
