The report of a trespass at a Seneca Falls gas station resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Jonathan Toledo is accused of returning to the gas station which he had been previously trespassed from, banning him from returning.
Toledo was charged with trespass and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court
