Waterloo Police arrested a Seneca Falls man on unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charges.
The arrest of Charles Smith stems from an incident where it is alleged the 45-year-old used a car and did not return it when requested by the owner.
Smith was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
