Seneca Falls Police arrested a local man following a domestic dispute on Monday.

Officers say 42-year-old Sean Terry of Seneca Falls was taken into custody after allegedly damaging another person’s property without permission during the incident.

Terry is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, an A misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal tampering, a B misdemeanor. He was processed at the police department and taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for CAP Court.

An order of protection was issued for the victim.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
