A domestic dispute Saturday morning in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Ralph Teneyck is accused of choking a woman so she could not breathe. He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
Teneyck was brought to the Seneca County Correction Facility to await arraignment.
