A Lodi man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant.
The warrant for Philip Scuteri’s arrest was issued out of Montour Falls Village Court.
Scuteri was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Montour Falls Village Court at a later date.
