Seneca County Jail Inmate Accused of Violating Order of Protection

A Waterloo man who is currently an inmate at the Seneca County Jail is facing new charges.

28-year-old Jeremy Capron is accused of violating an order of protection by making calls on Seneca County Jail phones to a protected party listed on the order of protection. Capron was charged with criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.

Capron was arraigned at Seneca County CAP and was released back into the custody of the jail on an appearance ticket
