Seneca County Inmate Charged With Petit Larceny

On Friday, members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division arrested Robert Nageldinger on a charge of Petit Larceny.

Nageldinger, who is currently an inmate at the Seneca County Correctional Facility, is accused of stealing items from another person that did not belong to him. Following the investigation, Nageldinger was issued an appearance ticket.

He is scheduled to answer the charge in Romulus Town Court at a later date.
