The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 25-year-old Odessa woman following the investigation into a complaint on Sydney Place in the village of Odessa.
Serafina LoPresti was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
The 25-year-old LoPresti was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Odessa Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
