A teenager from Schuyler County was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after he allegedly hit a parked car in the village of Watkins Glen and took off on foot.
Watkins Glen Police say they later found 18-year-old Gavin Smith of Burdett in Lafayette Park.
Smith was also charged with driving while intoxicated and released on appearance tickets for Watkins Glen Village Court.
