The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Burdett man on an outstanding warrant
31-year-old Andrew McDonald was picked up by deputies on a Schuyler County Court warrant charging him with violating his probation.
Following his arraignment, McDonald was sent to Schuyler County Jail.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
