A Schuyler County man was arrested on Wednesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for an incident that happened back in November.
Timmy Bauman, the Second, of Burdett, is accused of selecting multiple items while at Lowes in Hopewell and passing all points of sale without rendering payment. Bauman was charged with grand larceny.
Following his arraignment, Bauman was released on an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court.
