Schuyler County Burglar Sentenced

A Schuyler County man has been sentenced to five years of probation after pleading guilty to a felony burglary charge.

Daniel Bardeen admitted in Schuyler County Court to knowingly and unlawfully entering a building in the town of Reading last June.

The 50-year-old Burdett man was sentenced by Schuyler County Judge Matthew Hayden.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
