A motor vehicle accident in the town of Seneca Falls Thursday resulted in the arrest of a Savannah man.
A roadside investigation by Seneca Falls Police determined the driver of the car, 42-year-old Brian Hastings, was allegedly driving the car while impaired by drugs.
Hastings was charged with driving while intoxicated (impaired by drugs), aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, and following too closely. He was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
