The identity of the man killed Saturday night on Chapman Ave in Auburn.
After conversing with the next of kin, Auburn Police have announced that 43-year-old Ronell Agee, with a last known address in Rochester, was the man shot in the area of Oak Creek Town Homes around 9:38p. He was taken to Auburn Community Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
35-year-old Davon Dixon of Auburn was arrested at the scene in connection with the killing and charged with second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
