The Seneca Falls Police Department has arrested a Romulus woman following a vehicle-related complaint.
Police say 52-year-old Victoria Munoz was taken into custody Wednesday morning and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Munoz was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
