A Romulus man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on charges of unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief, and harassment.
48-year-old Matthew Whitney is accused of holding a woman down against her will and taking her phone away so she could not dial 9-1-1 for help.
Whitney was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
