Last Thursday, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jason Minguez, 51, of Romulus, on an outstanding arrest warrant.
Minguez faces several charges, including felony Burglary in the Second Degree. He is additionally charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree, all of which are misdemeanors. The arrest also includes a charge of Harassment in the Second Degree, which is a violation.
Following the arrest, Minguez was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await centralized arraignment. Authorities noted that an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
