Romulus Bench Warrant Leads to Arrest of Seneca County Man

A Seneca County man was arrested on Christmas Eve after deputies executed an active bench warrant issued out of the Town of Romulus Court.

Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson says deputies arrested Kevin Himes on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.

He was released on an appearance ticket.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
