A one-car rollover accident Saturday afternoon in Yates County resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan man.
The accident happened just after one o’clock on Skyline Drive in the town of Jerusalem. The driver, 29-year-old Nicholas Navarra, of Penn Yan, was placed through standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI Common Law, DWI with a .08% or more BAC and failure to maintain lane.
Navarra was released on appearance tickets for Jerusalem Town Court.
