Rochester Woman Charged With DWAI-Drugs in Ontario County

A Rochester woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for driving while ability impaired by drugs.

The arrest of Tashonna Moore following a traffic stop near the intersection of State Route 06 and Lynaugh Road in the town of Victor. Deputies determined Moore to be under the influence of drugs through a series of standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently placed her in custody.

Moore was issued UTTs for driving while impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol, driving while impaired by drugs, inadequate headlight, inadequate license plate lamps, inadequate muffler, tinted front side windows, tinted rear side windows, operating without insurance, no front plate, and unlicensed operation.

Moore was released to a sober party and was released to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
